What is the Sweepstakes?
Sweepstakes is a common marketing tool to improve sales of a product or to assist in fundraising. We have created an entertaining method for your customers to see if they have won a prize.
How many different sweepstakes games are available?
We are always adding new games to our sweepstakes management system. When a new game is added or the sweepstakes management software is enhanced, you will automatically qualify for an update.
What hardware do I need to operate the sweepstakes?
The Donate ZoneTM provides all necessary hardware. Each location using the sweepstakes management system currently requires a server and POS to operate. We preload the computers with our software. Other equipment includes a computer and monitor for sweepstakes games. A kiosk is also available.
What products does sweepstakes sell?
Sweepstakes does not sell a product - sweepstakes is a marketing tool to grow sales and/or solicit donations for a 501c Charity. Several prepaid product offerings are available or the sweepstakes can support charitable donations.
How many game titles are available on the Donate Zone?
There are currently 18 games titles available.
Do we vend?
We vend to qualified store owners. Call today to see if you are a candidate for The Donate Zone or Rewards Center.
How much will each unit make per week?
Revenue is dependent on multiple factors including location and operational process. We cannot guarantee you will make a certain amount per machine.
Does the game affect the outcome of my prize?
No. The game is simply an entertaining form to reveal your prize. If you wish to do so, you can reveal your prize without playing the game.
Am I purchasing tokens to play?
No. Tokens are FREE entries in the sweepstakes and have NO CASH VALUE.
Where can I redeem my prize? Can I receive cash?
You can redeem your prize at the POS/register. The sweepstakes has cash prizes.
What is Skyeward Bound Ranch?
Skyeward Bound Ranch (SBR) is a charity Non-Profit, Tax Exempt 501(c)3 Charitable Organization dedicated to providing social and recreational interaction of specially challenged youth. For more information visit www.skyewardboundranch.org
What is the maximum amount I can win?
If you go to the bottom of the rules page on each game, THE PRIZE CHART IS LISTED it tells you the highest amount you can win and the odds of winning that prize. But, all prizes are predetermined and the game itself doesn’t affect the outcome of the prize.
How often can I participate using my no purchase/no donation entry?
You can participate once every 24 hours from midnight to midnight with your no purchase/no donation entry.
Am I obligated to redeem my prize now?
No. You can redeem your prize whenever you wish. Also, you aren’t obligated to use all of your tokens during your visit. If you come back, you will have the same amount of prizes and tokens as you left with in your specific sweepstakes account. Tokens and prizes are location specific, the store you are visiting is running the sweepstakes to promote aspects of their business. You cannot redeem prizes or use tokens which you received at another location.
Can I get a refund?
No. All donations are final. You are making a charitable donation, and receiving SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (tokens) as appreciation. ENTRIES HAVE NO CASH VALUE Therefore, you cannot refund tokens for cash back. You are not obligated to use your tokens or redeem prizes. You are more than welcome to come back at any time during operating hours in order to do either of those.
